 II- Control humidity (MUNTERS Dehumidification.)
           III- Sterile area (MRC Partition).
          IV- Steam  & hoot Water Boilers

  V- Incinerators.
* Designing  sterilization, dehumidification, steam and hot water system.
* Make the offers.
* Negotiate the prices.
* Supervise the Maintenance and Contracting Department.

* Managing 5 Engineers & 16 technicians
* Repair & maint. for 1200 R ton of central air conditioning
* 10 Air dryers for 20000 m3/hr
* 12 Dust collector
* 4 cold stores of 60 RTon
* Electric power station of 5 M.V.A. including: Medium voltage  switch gear, 5 transformers each 1 M.V.A., 2 stand by generators  complete with A.T.S., 27 Submain panel boards.
* 2 steam generators for 6 ton/hour with 3 heat exchangers each
 1500000 BTU.
* Compressed air oil free of 96 liters / sec.
* Calibration instruments lab.
* Telephone sets 300 extension lines and 25 external line.
* Water station of 800 m3 complete with softener, R.O., sand & carbon filters, pumps ,....  * Laundry and kitchen maintenance
* Revision and approval of the designs and tender documents of  Utilities & HVAC
* Supervising the upgrading of the power station
 (from 3-5 M.V.A.) with all the elect. distribution network.
* Project engineer for purify water station.

* Holding ASHRAE membership (American Society of heating   Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers) in 1990.
